2013 has been a massive
year for Canadian based downtempo producer Ryan Hemsworth. Having created a
number of excellent mixes (A$AP Rocky with Britney Spears) and a free 7 track EP
in the form of twinkling, melancholic rap. Hemsworth is due to release a debut
full-length LP, “Guilt Trips”, too cap it all off.
“Against the Wall” is the
first single released featuring Lofty305 of Metro Zu. A somber beat surrounds bubble-pop
snares and Lofty305’s rap about his girl: ”Love you, Love you/ I love you cuz
you…” making it a nice listen whilst rain pounds on the window.
